Paul R. Milone: Co-Founder and CEO:
Mr. Milone co-founded Seenex in 2001 and is also a partner in WSN
Capital Partners, a specialty investment banking firm, and in ISV
International, a global advisory group. Through his experience as
founder and operator of two successful import marketing groups, ISV
International and Intersport Limited, Mr. Milone has built a practice
that both develops entrepreneurial ventures as well as works with
senior management of diverse businesses ranging from sports apparel
groups to technology firms. He provides a wealth of experience in
strategic financing and developing new market opportunities for established
and emerging growth businesses. Mr. Milone received his B.A. from
Princeton University and his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia
Darden School of Business Administration.
Raffaele DeGregorio, Co-Founder and Director:
Mr. DeGregorio is a Washington, D.C.-based executive with vast experience
in international marketing as well as a long history in pioneering
the security access business here in North America. Mr. DeGregorio
founded Seenex in 2001 and has developed a global network of contacts
and supporters in the development of this market. Prior to founding
Seenex, Mr. DeGregorio managed the growth of an international marketing
group based in Washington, D.C. Mr. DeGregorio is Italian born and
established his business base in Washington, D.C. nearly 20 years
ago. He is a graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Fred Baradari, President and Chief Operating
Officer:
Mr. Baradari has more than 18 years of business leadership and consulting
experience in the areas of e-business, wireless technology, digital
strategy, operations, business planning, manufacturing, product development,
business development/sales, marketing, and program and product management.
Through his experience establishing two e-business professional services
organizations for Idea Integration and IMCI Technology, Mr. Baradari
has extensive P&L, turn-around, IPO, start-up, M&A, and entrepreneurial
expertise. Some of his clients have included NEC, Motorola, Winstar,
TRW, Fairchild Industries, Bank One, First Union Bank, Nations Bank,
and the City of Oakland. Mr. Baradari developed his M&A and financial
skills at VISA International and Microlog Corporation, and held several
management and technical positions at IBM early in his career. Mr.
Baradari holds an Executive M.B.A. from George Washington University
and M.S. and B.S. degrees in mechanical engineering from University
of Missouri.
John Bowles, Global Director of Business
Development
Mr. Bowles, a Washington, D.C. resident, has worked as a consultant
for more than 20 years. He has assisted major telecommunications companies
such as AT&T, Verizon, and SBC; and energy companies including
Ashland Chemical and Chevron-Texaco, in the development and implementation
of market-driven strategies. He is an expert in assisting sales and
marketing organizations introduce new products and build new markets.
Mr. Bowles holds a B.A. degree from the University of New Hampshire
and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
